AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE CITY
PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, 1,aYNE COUNTY, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1950, AND ENDING DECEMB ER 31, 1950, INC -L3SIVE, AND FIXING
THE TIME NHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE. COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND
WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA, that for the purpose of having funds with which to defray the
operating expenses of the City Planning Commission for the fiscal year beginning
January 1, 1950, and ending December 31, 1950, inclusive, that there be and there hereby
is appropriated and set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purpose and/or
purposes herein specified, subject to all laws governing the same. Such sums herein
appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during
the period herein specified, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law.
SECTION 2. BE IT :FURTHER ORDAINED, that for the fiscal year commencing Janu-
ary 1, 1950, and ending December 31, 1950, inclusive, that there be,and there hereby
is appropriated out of the General Fund of said City the following:

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon and after its
passage by the Common Council, signature by the President of said Common Council affixed,
submission to and approval by the Mayor of said City and Publication As by law required
and approval of all Statutory Hoards as required by the law of Indiana.
