AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF OPERATING
THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT'OF THE CITY OF RICHKOND, 1+AYNE COUNTY, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING JAITUARY 1, 1950, AND ElcDING DECEMBER 31, 1950, INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING ThE TIME
WHEN THE SAME SHALL EFFECT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE
COUNTY, INDIANA, that for the purpose of having funds with which to operate the Richmond
Municipal Airport of said City for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1950, and ending
December 31, 1950, inclusive, that there be and there hereby is appropriated and ordered
set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purpose and/or purposes herein spec-
ified, subject to all laws governing the same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be
held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year herein specified,
unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided for by law.
SECTION 2. BE IT 1MTHER ORDAINED, that for the fiscal year commencing Janu-
ary 1, 1950, and ending December 31, 1950, inclusive, that there be and there hereby is
appropriated out of the General Fund of said City the following:

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon and after its
passage by the Common Council, signature of the President of said Common Council affixed,
submission to and approval by the Mayor of said City and publication as by law required
and approval of all Statutory Boards as required by law.
