SECTION- 1. BE I T . ORD,Al NED ' by' the Common Council of. the.
City of _ -Richmondind.iana, that there be, and there is;. hereby
appropriated. the .sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars . (50,000•.00) to"
the -"Sanitary Maintenance ,and. General Expense ,Fund" of the Sani-
tary District -of the City of Richmond, -andthat the- "City General
Fund" , be, and the same - i's, hereby reduced in the sum bf Fifty ,
Thousand Dollars (50,000.00)'.,
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER. ORDAINED that said 'sum of
Fifty Thousand Dollars (450,000.00) be transferred in'amounts as
neeiled and as requested by the Board -of :unitary Commissioners.
SECTION , J. ' Bt IT FURTHER. -ORDAINED . that said: stem of
Fifty Thousand Dollars (650,000.00)., appropriated as aforesaid.,
be - and the same' is to .be returned' and repaid by -said -Sanitary
District to .the said '"City General Fund", out of the first avail-
able funds • by' the Board' of Sanitary. Commissioners, for - said Sani-
tary District.

emergency .exists _for .the passage of this Ordinance. ,
