AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1999-4, BEING AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 1966-7,1977-13,1977-15,1980-10,1980-14 AND
1994 -12, BEING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATES AND CHARGES BY
THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE, INDIANA, FOR USE AND SERVICE OF ITS .
SEWER SYSTEM, PROVIDING CHARGES FOR CONNECTION AND PROVIDING
FOR COLLECTIONS THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana as
follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance 1966 -7, Ordinance 1977 -13, Ordinance 1977 -15,
Ordinance 1980 -10, Ordinance 1980 -14, Ordinance 1994 -12 and Ordinance 1999 -4 be amended
to read as follows:
I. For the Period from July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000:
For all usage $2.78 per 100 cubic feet
The minimum charge shall be $9.23 a month for each connection to the sanitary
sewer system of the City of Greencastle, Indiana.

II. For the Period from July 1, 2000 through July 31, 2001:
For all usage $3.47 per 100 cubic feet
The minimum charge shall be $11.53 a month for each connection to the sanitary
sewer system of the City of Greencastle, Indiana.
III. For the Period Beginning August 1, 2001 and thereafter:
For all usage $4.50 per 100 cubic feet
The minimum charge shall be $14.94 a month for each connection to the sanitary
sewer system of the City of Greencastle, Indiana.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of
this Ordinance are, to the extent of their inconsistency, repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage.
