SANITATION FUND TO PURCHASE LOADER FOR BULLDOZER, ACCOUNT
#205A, REDUCING ACCOUNT #205 OF-DEPARTIaTENT .OF HEALTH 'AND
SANITATION, FOR PURCHASE OF TWO NEW TRUCKS,. AND PROVIDING.
FOR THE TAKING EFFECT THEREOF .AND DECLARING' AN EXTRA-
ORDINARY EIJIERGENCY THEREFOR.
Section 1. BE "IT. ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that there be, and there
hereby. Is, 'appropriated -'the ,suml of Nine •Hundred Eighteen -
Dollars ($918.00).to.Account No. 205A, Department of Health
and Sanitation, for purchase. -of .loaad.er'�for' .bul_ldozer, and

hereby reduced in the sum of Nine Hundred.Eighteen Dollars.

Section 2.4 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that an -extra-
ordinary emergency exists for the. -passage of this Ordinance.
