Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNI OIL OF THE CITY OF RIOHMOND, IYDIA11A, that there
be and there hereby is appropriated the sum of $llO,26.3.QO,._, to the Street
Department of said City from the Street Fund of the City of Richmond and that the
same shall be set apart and budgeted for the various items and expenditures, as
follows, to -wit:

Section 2.
That all the said expenditures as provided for in Section 1, shall -be made and per-
formed between Jan. 1st, 1949.and �Dpcemb er 31st, 1949, inclusive.
Section 3.
That said monies as appropriated and budgeted, are restricted solely to and for the
use of construction, re -construction and'maintenance of the streets and alleys of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, pursuant to an ACT passed by the General -Assembly of the State
of Indiana and approved by the Governor of the State of Indiana at 3 P.M. March 10th,
1941.
Section 4.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon and after its Passage by,the
Sheet +1.
the Common Council, the Signature of the President thereof properly affixed, and sub-
mission to and approval of Lester E. Meadows, Mayor of said City.
