AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR TIM' PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE CITY
PLANNING COMMISSIOIT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 0010MNCIEG
JANUARY let, 1949 STD ENDING DECEI��ER 3let, 1g�+9, INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING THE TIIv:E 1�r1'iEN
THE SAKE SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
for the purpose of having funds with which to defray the operating expenses of the City
Planning Commission for the fiscal year beginning January let, 1949 and ending December
31st, 1949, inclusive, that there be and there hereby is appropriated and set apart out
of the funds herein named and for the purpose and/or purposes herein specified, subject
to all laws governing the same.
Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be
made during the period herein specified, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and pro-
vided by .law.
Section 2. Be it further ordained, that for the fiscal year commending January let, 1949,
and ending December 31st, 1949, inclusive, that there be and there hereby is appropriated
out of the General Fund of said City the following:

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon and after its passage
by the Common Council, signature by the President of said Common Council affixed, sub-
mission to and approval by the Mayor of said. City and publication as by law required and
approval of all Statutory Boards as required by the law in Indiana.
