AN ORDINATCE A PROPRIATIivG MONIES .FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE UPENSES OF
OPF' UTIEG THE t-NNICIPAL AIRPORT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIAivA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING JANUARY 1st, 1949, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31st, 1949, INCLUSIVE AND FIXING THE
TIME WH K THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
for the purpose of having funds with which to operate the Richmond Municipal Airport of
said City for the fiscal year beginning January lot, 1949, and ending December 31st,
1949, inclusive, that there be and there hereby is appropriated and ordered set apart
out of the funds herein named and for the purpose and/or purposes herein specified, -
subject to all laws governing the same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held
to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the years herein specified,
unless otherwise expressly'stipulated and provided for by law.
Section 2. Be it further ordained, that for the fiscal year commencing January lot,
1949,- and ending December 31st, 1949, inclusive, that there be and there hereby is
appropriated out of the General. Fund of said City the following:

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon and after its
passage by the Common Council, signature of the President of said Common Council
affixed, submission to and approval by the Mayor of said City and publication as by
law required and approval of all Statutory Boards as required by law.
