AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED SIXTY,SIX
DOLLARS (466.00) FROM ACCOUNT NO 1259 POLICE DEPARTMENT
TO ACCOUNT NO. 128. POLICE DEPARANT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common 'Council
of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that there be, and" there
Is, -hereby appropriated the sum of One Hundred Sixty Six
Dollars (4166.00) to Account No. 126, Police Department,. -
Motorized Equipment, and that Account No. 125,-Police De-
partment, General ;supplies, be and the same is hereby re-
duced in the sum of One 1�undred Sixty Six Dollars (0166.00).
SECTION 2. BE IT FUINHER ORDAINED that an extra-
,- 'a
ordinary emergency exists for the passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full forte
and effect upon the passage thereof, signature by the Pres-
ident of the Common Council, and submission to the approval
by the Mayor and State Board of Tax. Commissioners.
