AN ORDINANCE TRANSFMING CERTAIN MONLY FROM `1HE CITY OF RICHMOND
GENERAL FUND UNAPPROPRIATED TO HEALTH AND SANITATION DEPARTMENT
BPBCIAL FUND, PROVIDING FOR THE TAKING EFFECT TRE"REOF:
Section 1. Be it Ordained by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana that there be- and there hereby. is
transfered from the City of Richmond General Fund Unappropriated
the sum of 42130.00 and that the same be placed in the Health
and Sanitation Department underx a fund therein to be. known as.
Appropriation No. 221-A for the purpose of paying for one Truck
purchased pursuant to law by said Health and Sanitation Depart-
ment.
Section 2. This ordinance shall Win full force and effect
upon and after it's passage, approval of the Mayor, publication
as by law required and approval of the State Tax Board,
