AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NAME FOR A
PORT. -ION OF TU, PRESENT ALLEY FIRST -NORTH OF h1ORTH A STREET.; IN
C. W. STARKI.S 5TH. ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE
COUNTY, INDIANA AND PROVIDING FOR THE TARING EFFECT THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED.BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF RICHMOND,
INDIANA that:
Sectional.-That'the'name of"MORTON LANE" be established for
that portion'of the first alley north of North A Street, in C. W.
Starr's-5th:-Addition, extending from North 8th.-Street to North
9th. Street and having a width of sixteen and 'one half(161)f®et;
and the same shall be known as such hereafter.
Section 2:-The Clerk of the City of Richmond, Indiana, is
hereby ordered and directed. upon_ the passage of this ordinance,
to file a certifiBd'copy thereof with the County Recorder of Wayne
County, Indiana, to be recorded in the Miscellaneous Records of said
County.
Section 3.-This ordinance sbAll..be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval, by the 'tayor,.
