AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERING THE SUM OF $3710.00 g -1, FROM THE COMMON COUNCIL
CONTINGRNCY FUND .AND ALLOCATING THE SAME TO VARIOUS OTHER ACCOUNTS WITH-
IN THE CITY OF RICHMOND$ INDIANA$
Section.l: Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana that there be and there hereby is transferred from the
Common Council contingency fund 34the sum of $3710' 00 and that the 'same
be allocated as-4ollows:
1. To Disposal P1ant;Account No. 109 for electric current $1350:00
2. To Park Account #168 for electric current. 100.00
3�. To Health & Sanitation Account No. 206 for City Physician:
and Medical Care 150:00
4. To Park Account No. 192A for new greenhouse heating plant 14-4Q.Q0
5. To City Court Account #37 for' Salary of Judge Pro-Tem 6 0.;00
Total '37 0:00
Section 2. The City Comptroller is authorized to make such
transfers upon the pVpper passage of this ordinance.
Section 3.' This ordinance shall be' in full force and effect upon
and after it's passage, execution by the President thereof, submission '
to and approval by the Mayor.
