AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY-
THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($13,943,600.00)'OUT OF TIE FUNDS
OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING AND POWER PLANT OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, INDIANA, TO THE VARIO-UZ.:ACCOUNTS OF SAID PLANT FOR THE FISCAL .'
Y'uAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 194$.-AND.-'ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1948.
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICI-iMOND,
INDIANA, that for the year beginning January 1, 1948, and ending December
31, 1945, the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,943,600.00) be, and the same is hereby appropriated
out of the funds of the Municipal Electric Lighting and Power Plant of
said City, and is hereby set apart for various items of expenditure as
follows, to writ:
