SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of
Richmond, Indiana that
there be and there hereby is
transfered
the
sum of $58,67 from the
Common Council Contingency
Fund No.
33 to a new appropriation fund to be known as Act No. 33A for
expenses incurred in holding a special election on "Daylight
Savings Time."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect

upon and after it's passagesignature by the President of said
Common Council and approval by the Mayor and proper posting of
notices by the Clerk of said City.
