N017 * THEREFORE, SECTION 1. BE IT QRDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond that ,commencing with the year 1946 and continuing thereafter until repealed, all clocks setting the time for the citizens of Richmond, Indiana be advanced one hour at 2 4.M, on the last Sunday in the month of April and that said advancement remain in effect until 2 A.M. the last Sunday in the month of September® SECTION 2. This Ordinance to be in full force and effect from and after it*s passage, sigm ture of the President of said Common Council, submission to and approval by the Mayor of said City.
