Section la Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana that said Cities Firemen's Pension Fund$xzkx and Plan
be placed under an -Act of the General Aesembly governing sai-d7 pension

�nhich can be found in the published volume. of the Acts Of 1937 at page
156 End following and that said City does officially place itself under.
the rules m d regulations therein contained.
Section 20 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect- upon and
after it'd passage, signature by the President of said Common Council, add
approval of the Mayor .
