RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ESCROW FUND
WHEREAS, St. J ' . .
oseph s Church and the Rev,vial Center Church have posted Escrow
Fees in connection with certain applications to the Carteret Zoning Board of Adjustments
(the "Zoning Board"); and
WHEREAS, the Engineer and Attorney who represent the Zoning Board have elected
to accept reduced fees in connection with the applications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the following escrow balances be refunded as follows:
1) St. Joseph's Church
2) Revival Center Church
$450.00 Legal
$550.00 Legal
$1050
$1600.00 Total
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 18th day of March, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 19, 1999.
