20100727 City Council Special Meeting Synopsis
Mayor Buelterman called the special meeting to order at 6:30pm on Tuesday, July 27, 2010.
Council Members present were Mayor pro tem Shirley Sessions, Wanda Doyle, Bill Garbett,
Kathryn Williams and Paul Wolff. Frank Schuman, Sr. was absent. Also attending was City
Manager Diane Schleicher and Finance Manager Mary Hogan.
Public Hearing
a) Set Millage Rate for Fiscal Year 2010/2011 with adopting Resolution
A Motion by Bill Garbett to approve adoption of rollback rate of 4.186 was seconded by
Shirley Sessions. The vote was Garbett, Sessions, Williams and Wolff in favor and Doyle
opposed.
Adjournment
A Motion by Paul Wolff to adjourn was seconded by Bill Garbett. The vote was
unanimous.
