AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO 'THE QITY. aF RICHMOND, INDIANA,. AND ZONE GERTAd+
TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS THERETO DESCRIBING THE SAME, .AMENDING, SUPPLEMENTING'
AND CHANGING GENERAL ORDINANCE No. 741-1923, COMMONLY KNOWN ASITHE ZONING
ORDINANCE, PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION THEREOF, AND FIXING THE TIME--
WHEN THE'SAME SHALL TARE EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL? OF THE CITY OF )RICHMOND, WAYNE
COUNTY, IND IANA
SECTION No. 1--That.the following described territory be annexed to and
declared .t.o be a part of the said City of Richmond, Indiana:
Being a part of the west _ half .of Section 29• and of the east half of
Section 30, Township 14 North,' Range l West and, ,
Beginning at the. intersection of the easterly right of way line of
the Cincinnati, Richmond and Fort Wayne Railway, now the Pennsplvania'
Railroad,, and the northerly corporation line of the City of Richmond, in
the center of the Williamsburg Pike;
thence westwardly, along the center of the Williamsburg Pike,.to its
intersection,with the center of,State Highway No. 35 and 38, now also
known as the Williamsburg Pike;
thence northwestwardly, alon&9 the center line of said State Highway
35 and-38,',to its intersection with -'the center line of.a County Road at
a point :980 feet, measured west at right angles from the ' east line,: of said
Section No. -30;
thence•nerth, parallel with the east line of` -said Section No. 300
anal 980 feet therefrom, 1013.7 feet -to the north line .of property now
occupied, by the. Perfect Circle Company;,
thence east, parallel with the, north line -of said Section No. 30,, t•
.the west line of said Section No. 29;
-thence -south, along -the west line of said Section* No. 29, to its
intersection with the easterly right of -way ,Line of the Cincinnati,
Richmond and Fort Wayne Railway;
thence,southeastwardly, along the easterly right of wa y line of
said Cincinnati.,•Richmond and Fort Wayne Railway, to the place'of
beginning.
SECTION No.-2--BE IT FURTHER ORDAINEb--That the provisions of General
Ordinance No. 741-1923, commonly known as the Zon&ng Ordinance, approved
April 24,.1923,and as amended, be and are hereby amended, supplemented,
changed and extended soas to include the above described territory, which
shall be zoned as f.-a-11-ows
