ORDINANCE No " 1946. .
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA.' AND ZONE CERTAIN
TERRITORY ,.CONTIGUOUS THERETO DESCRIBING THE. SAME, AMENDING, SUPPLEMENTING
AND. CHANGING GENERAL ORDINANCE No. 741-1923, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE, PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION THEREOF, AND FIXING THE TIME
WHEN THE SANE SHALL TAKE EFFECT: -
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COAMON COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE
COUNTY, INDIANA.
SECTION No. 1—That the following described territory 'be annexed to and
declared to be a part of the said City -of Richmond, Indiana;
Being a part of the southwest quarter of Section 31, Township l4 North,
Range 1 West, and beginning at the intersection of -'the south right of way
line of the Pennsylvania Railroad with the north -and south center line of
said Section 31, .said point being forty three .and fifty six hundredths(43i56`)
feet south; of the east and west .center line of ,said Section 31;.
thence south, aldrig the center lind ' of said .Section 31',- to' the north
line -of Peacock Road,
thence west, along the north line of Peacock' Road, eight hundred and
ninety one(891.)feet, more or'less.,,to.the east line of Northwest 13th.
Street; '
thence north, along the said east -line of Northwest 13th. Street, to
the.south,'right ,of way line of the Pennsylvania Railroad, said point being
.forty three and fifty six hundredths(43:56)-fee.t south of the .east and west '
center lind of Said Section 31;
thence east, along said south right of -way -ltkne eight hundred and
ninety one(891)feet, more.or less to the place of beginning.
SECTION No. 2H-That the provisions of General Ordinance Pao« 741,' 1923,,
commonly.known as the Zon&ng-Ordinance, approved April 24, 1923,'and as
amended, be and are hereby amended, supplemented, changed and extended,,
so as to include the above described territory which shall be zoned.as
follows:
