AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANAY AND ZONE CERTAIN
TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS THERETO DESCRIBING THE -SAME, AMENDING, SUPPLEMENTING
AND CHANGING GENERAL ORDINANCE, No., 741-19238 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE, PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION THEREOF, AND FIXING THE TIME
WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE
COUNTY, INDIANA.
SECTION'Nob 1--What the following described territory be annexed to and
declared to be. a part of the said City of Richmond,`Indiana;
Being .a part. of the west half of Section 29, Township 14 North,
Range 1-Alest, and beginning at the southwest corner of said Section.2931
in the intersection of'Northwest 5tho Street -and Northwest L Street, said
point being in the corporation line of the City_ of Richmond;.
thence north., along the west line of said Section 29, being also the
center line of Northwest 5th. Street and its extension, to its.intersection
with the .center line of -the Williamsburg Pike;.
thence eastwardly, along the center lire of the said Williamsburg Pike,
to the easterfy right of way line of the Cincinnati, Richmond and Fort
Wayne Railway, now the Pennsylvania Railroad;
thence-southwardly, along the said ea6terly right of way line of tom'
Cincinnati,".Richmond and Fort Wayne Railway, to the south line of Section_
29, in Northwest L Street;
thence west, -along the south _line of Section 29 to the place of
beginning,
SECTION No.. 2--That the provisions of General Ordinance Now 741-1923,
commonly known as,the Zoning Ordinance, approved April 24, 19'23, and as
amended., be and are hereby.amended, supplemented, changed and extended
so as to include the above described territory which shall be zoned as
