ORDINANCE NO. 1312 -1946
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 108,035.00 FROM
THE STQhT FIND OF THE CITY OF RI CHMOND, W',YNE COUNTY, INDI_ANA FOR THE
PURPOSE "OF DEFRAYING THE ESPENSES OF THE STREET DEPk.RTMENT OF SAID
CITY FOR THE CALP_NDE'R YLAR OF 1947, BUDGETING THE SAME, LIMITING THE
USE THEREOF, FIXING THE TIME 4`sTIEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE LFFECT AND PRO-
VIDING FOR THE TAKING EFFECT THEREOF.
SECTION 1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CI`i'Y OF RICHMOND, INDEANA
that there be and there hereby is appropriated the sum of 1082035.00
to the Street Department of said City from the Street Fund of the City
of Richmond and that the same shall be set apart and budgeted for the
various items and expenditures as follows, to -Mitt

Section 2. ----_ _
That all the said expenditures as provided for in Section 1, shall be
made and performed between Jan. lst, 1947 and December 31st, 1947 in-
clusive.
Section 3.
That said monies as appropriated and budgeted, are restricted solely
to and for the use of construction, re -construction and maintence.

Section 4.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon and after it's
Passage by the Common Council, the Signature of the President thereof
properly affixed, and submission to and approval of John R. Britten,
Mayor of said City.
