Section I. Be it ordained by the Common. Council -of the City. of Richmond,
(Dn'diana, as follows, to-rit:, That the cur, off' $ 300,000.00 be and the
same Is hereby ordered transferred from the Ge3A__?a_1.F55d'bf t e Municipal
Electrio Lighting end, Power Plant to the City. of, Richmond, Indiana for the
purpose of helping defray its gover=ental exp�nseg'and that said sum be
made available upon call by the Contr§ller of said, City of Richmond with the
approval of the Mayor on and after January let, 1947 up to and Including the
31st day of December, 1947-,
Section 2., The- Clerk of said .City shall give notice, as is required by law of
the pendency of this ordinance and the purposes thereof by posting written'
notifies thereof in at least three public places within the Units of the said
City of Riohmond, Indiana, stating the time, place and date where said Common
Council will meet and consider - the same,, and that said Clark shall make proper
proof of the posting thereof anO Pubmit,the lvwe to Council before final
passage of said ordinanee.
Section 3- Be'it further ordained that the proper officers of said City are
hereby authorAzed, -empowered and directed to make and complete, said transter
of said funds as authorized and designated in the foregoing sections.
Section 4. This ordIP-aftoe shall be In full force and effect from and after
it's paseage, compliance by the Clerk as ordered, signature -of the President
and apprOval by the Mayor.
