®RDINANCE NO.� m1946.
An ordinance transfering certain funds from the Common Council
Contingency Fund to other -funds.
SECTION 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the,City of
Richmond, Indiaaa that there by and there hereby is appropriated
from the Common Council Contingency fund No. 33 the following,,
a0 To the City Court Account No. 37A the sum of $125.00 to
defray the expenses of a ,judge pro temore serving because of the
illness of the regular City Judge and
b) to Fire Department Account No. i47 the sum of $200.00
to be used by said Fire" Department for the purchase of gasolene
SECTION 2. This opdinance shall be in full force and effect upon
and after it's passage., signature of the President of said Common
Council, approval of the Mayor, and after the proper posting of notices
a provided by law by the City Clerk of said City.
PASSED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA THIS
