AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED
EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,188,600.00) OUT OF
THE FUNDS OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING AND POWER PLAINT OF
THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA TO THE VARIOUS ACCOUNTS OF SAID
PLANT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMIVMENCING JANUARY 1, 1947, AND ENDING
DECEMBER 31, 1947.
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, INDIANA, that for the year beginning January 1, 1947,
and ending December 31, 1947,.the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED
EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,188,600.00) be,
-Nand the same is hereby appropriated out of the funds of the
tunicipal Electric Lighting and Power Plant of said City, and is
hereby set apart for various items of expenditure as follows, to
wit:
