Attached please find Resolution No. 2014-19 from the Village of Key Biscayne urging the Florida
Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to adopt an emergency rule establishing a motorized
vessel exclusion zone within the Mashta Flats and to commence formal rulemaking related to the
same.
The Village of Key Biscayne would appreciate any assistance you can provide with respect to this
matter.
