RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR
PHASE I1 OF THE L1NDEN STREET SEWER SEPARATION
WHEREAS, The Borough Engineer ofthe Borough ofCarteret ("The Borough")
has developed plans and specifications for Phase II of the Linden Street Sewer
Separation Project; and
WHEREAS, the Project is important to the continued restoration of the Borough's
infrastructure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent be and is hereby authorized to
advertise for bid the plans and specification for the Phase I1 of the Linden Street
Sewer Separation.
Adopted this 18th day of March, 1999
and certified as a true coiyf of the
original on March 19, 1999.
