AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND
UNAPPROPRIATED OF THE CITY OF RICH*OND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDI.ANA AND
ALLOCATING THE SAME TO THE ;SEWAGE DISPOSAL PLANT OF SAID CITY TO
BE PLACED IN THE " OTHER EQUIPPMENT FUND NO. 111.."; DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY THEREFORE AND PROVIDING FOR THE TAKING EFFECT THEREOF.
Bection 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana that there be aixtkRza and there hereby is kxaxz.X
appropriated from the General Fund Unappropriated of said City the
sun of 41000.00 and that they same be allocated to the Sewak-- Disposal
Plant of said City to be placed in the " Other Equippment Fund. No. 111
of said Plant.
Section 2. Be. it further, ordained that an axtraordinary emergency
for the foregoing appropriatfn exists by virtue of material and
machinery breaking down at tkf� Sewage Disposal Plants Earlham Pumping
Station.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in gull force sn d effect upon and
after it's passage, proper signature of the President of this Common
Council, submission to and approval of the Mayor, notice by Publication
as by law required and approval of the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
