AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE,.,S.AT ARY OF THE CHIEF OF POLICE AND THE FIRE CHIEF
OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY INDIANA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
ACTS OF THE LEGISLATURE OF INDIANA 1945 MORE PARTICULARILY KNOWN AS
SENATE BILL NO. 236, PROVIDING FOR THE TAKING EFFECT THEREOF.
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the 6ity of
Richmond, Wayne Countyp Indiana, that as and of March 7th, 1945 the
-. wa,lary of the Chief of Police shall be forty five hundred dollars 'and
e salary of the Chief of the Fire Department shall be forty five
hundred dollars.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
and after it's passage, signature of the President affixed, submission
