AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE ANNUAL ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION OF CERTAIN
CITY OFFICIALS PURSUANT TO THE ACTS OF THE LEGISLATURE AND PROVIDING
FOR THE TAKING EFFECT THEREOF.
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Rich-
mond , Indiana, that there be and there hereby is fixed as annual salaries
in addition to such annual additional salaries now drawn by said City
Officials the following:
Mayor
$600.00
City Clerk
1200.00
City Controller
600.00
City Engineer
600a00
City Attorney
600.00
Section 2. Be it further ordained that such additional salary increases
be paid from the Funds of -the Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant
of the, said. City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, pursuant to House
Bill No. 193 as passed by the 84th Indiana General Assembly.
Section 3. Be it further ordained that said salary increases as above
provided shall become effective as March 7th, 1945 and continue thereafter.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon and after it's
passage , properly signed by the President of Council and approval of the
Mayor.
