BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of Richmond, Indians, that there be and there hereby is, appropriated.the sum of $� 1,145.00 to the Street Department of said City from the Street Fund of the City of Richmond, and that the same shall be set apart and budgeted for the various items and expenditures, as follows, to -wit: I. That said moneis as appropriated and bedgeted, are restrict- ed soleky to and for the use of construction, re -construction and maintenance of the streets and alleys of the City of Richmond, Indiana, pursuant to an ACT passe .d by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana and approved by the Governor of said State of Indiana, at 3 P-M. March loth 1941. Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon and after It's passage by the Common Council of the C:Ity of Richmond, Indianan signature of the President thereof properly affixed, and submission to and approval of John R.
