AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXC
PENSES OF OPERATING THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDI.ANA
FOR THE FISCAL, YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1st,1946 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31st,
1946, INCLUSIVE AND FIXING THE TIDE WHEN THE SAME SHALL, TAKE, EFFECT.
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that for the purpose of having funds with which to operate the
Richmond Municipal Airport of said City for the fiscal year begiftning
January 1st, 1946 and ending December 31st, 1946 inclusive that there be
and there hereby is appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds,
herein named and for the purpose and/or purposes herein specified, sub-
ject to all laws governing the name. Such sums herein appropriated shall
be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year
specified herein, unless otherwise ex-Pressly stipulated and provided for
by law.
Section 2. Be it further ordained, that for the fiscal year commencing
January 1st, 1946 and ending December 318t, 1946 inclusive, that there
be and there hereby is appropriated out of the General Fund of said City,
the following:
