AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS FROM THE
CONTINGENCY FUND C OI,�Ii dON COUNCIL .ACCOUNT NO, 30 TO DEPARME'NT OF HEALTH
AND SANITATION ,ACCOUNT NO. 193 0IL, and PROVIDING FOR THE TAKING
EFFECT THEREOF
Section 1. Be it ordained by'the Common Council of the Citbr
of Richmond, Indiana, that there be and there hereby ix transferred
from the Contingency Fund., Common Council Nos 30 the ;sum of $100000
to Department of Health and Sanitation Fund No. 193 Oil -
Section 20 Be it further ordained that an e-xtra,-ordinary
emergency exists for the passage of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon and after its passage, signature of the Common Council hereunto
affixed, aulamission to and the approval of the Mayor.
