,AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED .AND
FIFTY DOLLARS FROM THE CITY GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION
TO XXNEXXXM THE RICHMOND MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FUND AND APPROPRIATING
THE SAME FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES.
Section 1, Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, that the City Controller of said City
be and he is hereby authorised and direasted to transfer the seam of
$150.00 from the City General Fund, Contingency appropriation to the
Richmond. Municiapl Airport Fund and that the same be appropriated for
the purchase of one Government owned airplane offered to said City
by the United States Government and for expenses incident thereto
Section 2. TbLis ordi na.nee shall be in full force end effect from and
after its passage and signature of the President of said Council,
submission to and approval of the Mayor.
