ORDINANCE NO ._22-' 1944.
AN OT?DINVOE APPROPRIATING THE SUIT OF $900.00 FROM THE SPECIAL
STREET FUND UNAPPROPRIATED TO SPEC14L STREET FUND APPROPRIATION
NO. S-31 MOTOR TRUCKS.

.SECTION 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana that there be and there hereby is
appropriated from the ;special Street Fund Unappropriated the
sum of Nine Hundred dollars ($900.00) to be credited to the
Special Street Fynd Appropriation No. S-31,Motor Trucks,for
the purpose of enabling the Street Department of said City
to have sufficient funds with which to purchase two additional
trucks o
SF.CTIOZ 2. It is further found by said. Common council that
an emergency for this apporpriation exists.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passageT by Common Council, slgnature of it's President,
approval by, the Mayor, publication as by law required .ire such matters,
and approval of the State Tax Board of Tax Commissioners.
