AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERING THE SUM OF THIERTY THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS
FROM THE SPECIAL STREET FUND UNAPPROPRIATED TO THE FOLLOWING DES-
CRIBED FUNDS, TO -WIT: TO STREET AND ALLEY MATERIALS FUND No. S24 the
SUM OF $29,000.00; TO THE STREET DEPARTMENT PAYROLL FUND NO. a4 the
SUM OF $3000.00; TO THE STREET DEPARTMENT MOTOR TRUCK ETC. FUND NO.
S31 , DECLARING'AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY THEREFORE AND PROVIDING
FOR THE TAKING EFFECT THEREOF.
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, that there be and there hereby is appropridted
out of the Special Street Fund UnAppr6pria,ted of.said City the sum
of thirty three thousand dollars and that the same be allocated as follows:
the sum of $299000.001cthe Street Department Fund No. S24 Street and Alley Us
Materials; the sum.of 03000.00 to the Street Department Fund No. S4 Payroll;
the sum of $1000.00 to the Street Department Fund No. 531 Motor Trucks ete.
Section 2. Be it further ordained that an extraordinary emergency
exists for the passage thereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon�t
and after it's -passage by the Common Council,_signature by the President
thereof, approval of the Mayor, publication as by law required and
approval of the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
