SHALL TAKE EFFECT - AND PROVIDING FOR THE T, EFFECT THEREOF.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COM1,!ON COUNCIL of the- City of Richmond,
Indiana, that there be and there hereby is, appropriated the sut-of $ 119,600.00
to the Street Department from the Street Fund of the City of Richmond, and that the
same shall be set apart and budgeted for the various items and expenditures, as
follows, to wit:

Section 1. BE IT ORD.LINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that there be and there hereby is appropriated from the Richmond.Municipal
Airport Fund, unappropriated, to the Richmond Municipal Airport Fund the sum of
$5,300.00 and that the same shall be set apart and budgeted for. the various items_
and expenditures in connection with the ownership, operation, and maintenance of
the Richmond Municipal Airport during 1945, as follows:
