FIXING THE TIME AND PRO`TIDING FOR THE TAKING EFFECT THEREFORE.
Section l.- BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCI_L'OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, I�?DIANA that there be and there hereby is transf ered th4 sum
of 000.00 from the Common Council Contingency Fund No. 29 to account
No. 24 under council budget No. 242 11 Printing and Postage Other
Than Office Supplies 10 , dEallxslag
Section 2. Be it further ordained that an extraordinary emergency
fors the passage hereof, exists.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon and after its passage by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana; signature of the President of said Common Council
properly affixed, submission. to and approval of the Mayor of said City,
publication as by law required and submission to and approval by the
State Board of Tax Commissioners as by lave required.
