ORDINANCE NO 1944.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY CONTROLLER -TO MAKE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN
PUBLIC FUND FROM ONE ACCOUNT NUMBER TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT NUMBER WITHIN
THE SAME FUND AND PROVIDING FOR THE TAKING EFFECT THEREOF.
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of thex3lKlaxal
23a tsma City of Richmond, Indiana that- the City Controller of the City
of Richmond, Indiana be and he hereby is authorized, empowered and
directed to make the following transfers of funds within the same fund,
to -wit:
A. In The Department of Health and Sanitation the sum .of #75.00 from
Gasoline Acct. #201 to Oil Acct. # 202.
B. Ib The Special Street Department the sum of #75.00 from Gasoline
Account # S--.15 to oil Account #S-16.
C. In The Police Dept. Aecoflnt the sum of $100,00 from Office Supplies
Account #132 to Other Garage do Motor Supplies Account #129.
D. In the Police Dept. Account the sum of $100.00 from General Supplies
#133 to Other Garage and Motor Supplies Account No. 129.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and upon its passage, signature of the President of Common Council,
submission to and approval of'the Mayor and notice posted as required by
