AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED
THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($l,538,800.00) OUT OF
THE FUNDS OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING & POWER PLANT OF THE
CITY OF RIC1211OND; INDIANA TO THE VARIOUS ACCOUNTS OF SAID PLANT FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR CO2 LENCING JANUARY 1, 1945, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,
1945.
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, INDIANA, that for the year beginning January 1, 1945, and
ending December 31, 1945, the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-
EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,538,800.00) be, and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the funds of the Municipal Electric
Lighting & Power Plant of said City, and is hereby set apart for
various items of expenditure as follows, to wit:
