AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA? AND ZONE CERTAIN
TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS THERETO, DESCRIBING THE SAME, AMENDING, SUPPLEMENTING
AND CHANGING GENERAL ORDINANCE Nib. 741-1923 PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION
THEREOF AND FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE Ste„ 0HALL TAKE EFFECT.
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, that the following described territory
be and the same is hereby annexed to and declared to be a part of said
City of Richmond, Indiana.:
A part of the southe.,est quarter of Sect -ion rive (5)
_ Township_ Thirteen (13) North, range One (1) Us•est, .
beginning at a marked stone in the middle of the Lick
reeike�,r at the northeast corner of Lot Number
Twenty-eight ,(28)•, as platted on a map made by the t ;- r

heirs of Samuel Burgess, deceased, in their partition
of the estate of said decedent in Plat Book 1 at page s
403 of the Records of Wayne County, Indiana, thence
west along the north line of said -lot number Twenty-eight_
(2.8), twenty-six and two-thirds (26-2/3) rods, thence
south six-(6) rods, thence east twenty-six and two-
'tZ thirds (26-2/3) rods, more or less, to the middle of said
3 N Lick Creek Pike, thence north easterly along said pike
Osix (6) rods, more or -less, to the place of beginning

Section 2. Be it further ordained that thiprovisions of the General
Ordinance No. 741-1923, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, approved
April 24th, 19231 a axkjyxkxaWx and as amended, be and are hereby
amended, supplemented, changed and extended so as to include the above
described territory which shall be zoned as follows:
Dwelling House District
2400 Square =eet Area District
50 foot heighth district,
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after it's passage, and approval by the Mayor and publication as by law
required.
