RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SOLICITATION OF PROPOSALS
IN CONNECTION WITH REPAIRS TO THE BEVERLY STREET
STORM WATER PUMPING STATION
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer for the Borough of Carteret (The Borough) has
developed plans and specifications for repairs and measures to correct problems at
the Beverly Street Storm Water Pumping Station (The" Project"); and
WHEREAS, the Project is important to continued restoration of the Borough's
infrastructure; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer's estimate that the cost of the Project will be
below the bid threshold.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent be and is hereby authorized to
solicit proposals for the Project,
Adopted this 18th dale of March, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 19, 1999.
