AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY CONTROLLER TO MkKE TRANSFER OF
CERTAIN PUBLIC FUNDS FFDIJ ONE ACCOUNT NWER TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT NMfMER
WITHIN THE S-4ME FUND AND PROVIDING FOR THE' TAKING EFFECT THEREOF.,,
SECTION 1. Be it ordained by the Common 'Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana,that the•City Controller of the City of Richmond, Indiana, be and
he hereby is authorized, empowered and directed to make the following
transfer of funds within the same fund.
- In the l4dunicipal Airport Account the sum of $1500.00 from Motor
Equipment #15 to Salaries and Wages #1.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force, and effect from and upon
its passage, signature of the President of Common Council, submission to
and approval of the Mayor and notice posted as required by law.
