AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING CERTAIN FUNDS FCE THE PURPOSE OF
PROVIDING A YUND FOR THE PAYMENT OF A JUDGE PRO TEM IN TfiE
MUNICIPAL COURT OF THE CITY OF RICH11OND AND .PROVIDING FOR
THE TAKING IFFLCT THaEOF.
Section I. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana that there be and there hereby is
appropriated from the Common Council Contingency Fund, Account
#34, the sum of $155400 to an Account listed in the City Con-
troller's office as City Court Acc.ount #37 providing for the
payment of a Judge Pro Tem.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall -be in full force and
affect upon its passage by the'Eommon Council, submission to
and approval by the Mayor of . said Ci ty , approval of the Stat e
Tax Board,
