AN ORDINANCE to pay to the Indiana Municipal League the",,
sum of One Hundred Doll-ars 0100.00) 'out of the Common
Council.Emergency Fund to help said league defray the
costs and expenses of the litigation in connection with
the Highway Distribution Bill which resulted in the City :.
of Richmond receiving thousands of dollars additional
funds -annually, and for the first quarter.
SECTION 1. BE. IT ORDAINED by, the Common Council...'

authorized and directed to pay out of'the..Common Council
