AN ORDIN.NCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF -TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS
($2,800.00) FROM ACCOUNT +30, COMMON COUNCIL CONTINGENCY FUND, TO CITY
GENERAL FUND, TO ACCOUNT +32, BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY, REPAIRS
AND MAINTENANCE OF BUILDING STRUCTURES; TWENTY & 28/100 DOLLARS ($20.29)
FROM ACCOUNT #30, COMMON COUNCIL CONTENGCY FUND, TO CITY GENERAL FUND,
TO ACCOUNT g_B, BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND,SAFETY, DAMAGE CLAIMS TO V.
H. GIBSON AND OTHERS.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, that there be, and there is hereby,. appropriated the
sum of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00), to the City Gen-
eral Fund, and that Account +30, Common Council Contingency Fund be and,
the same is hereby reduced in the sum of Two Thousand Eight uundrecd Dollars-
($2, 908.00) , to Account 454, Board of Public Works and Safety, Repairs and
Maintenance of Building Structures, and that the City General -Fund, be and
the same is hereby reduced in the sum of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars
($2,900.00); Twenty and 29/100 Dollars ($20425), to.City General Fund and .
that Account #30,"Common Council Contingency Fund, be and the same is here-
by reduced in the sum od Twenty and 28/100-Dollars ($20.28),'to Account
A B, Board of Public Works and Safety, Damage Claims to V.H. Gibson and
others, and that City General Fund, be and the, 'same is hereby rediced.in
the sum of Twenty and 29/100 Dollars ($20.29).
SECTION 2. BE IT ORDAINED that an extraordinary emergency ,exi. st s
for the passage of - this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. THIS ORDINANCE shall be in. full force and effect.up-
'on and after -the passage thereof, signature of the President of Common
Council, and submission to the approval -of. the Mayor of the City of Rich-
mond, Indiana, and State Board of Tax Commissioners.
