An Ordinance to pay to G. G. Skelton, Public Accountant,
the sum of $4616.50, for services and.'expenses in connection
with preparation and trying rate case of Indiana Bus
Company, out of Common Council Emergency Fund.
Section 1. Be it ordained by.the Common Council ,
of the City of Richmond that:the City -Controller
be,' and he is, hereby directed to pay out of
the Common ,Council- Emergency,,,Fund.,* ":the` sum. -of ;
Four Hundred Sixty -'six and fifty one hundredths
($466. 50) 'Dollars to. G. G., Skelton as, per
invoice rendered.
This -Ordinance shall.be in full force and effect from,and
after its passage and approval by the,Mayor.
Passed and adopted.by the Common -Council of the"
City of Richmond, Indiana, on�this 6th day of September,
1949.
