AN ORDINANCE TRANSFER ING THE SUM OF $2 3 2113. 7 5 FROM THE'
GENERAL FUND CASH ACCOUNT OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING
AND POWER PLANT TO A FUND SAID PLANT KNOWN AS THE CON-
SUMERS DEPOSIT FUND CASH PUESUANT TO RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY
THE COLZiON COUNCIL OF RICHMOND , INDIANA SITTING AS A BOARD
OF MANAGERS OF SAID. MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING AND POWER
PLANT, AND PROVIDING FOR THE TAKING EFFECT THEREOF.
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City
of Richmond, Indiana that the Manager of the Municipal
Electric Lightin and Power Plant of the -City of Richmond,
Indiana be and he hereby is authorized to transfer on the
books of the Municipal Electric Lighting and Power Plant the
sum of y23, 113.75 from the General Fund Cash of said Plant
to a fund in said plant to be known as the Consumers Deposit
Fund Cash.
All pursuant to authority granted said Manager by the
Common Council of Richmond, Indiana, onAl RK day of December,
1942, sitting as Board of Managers of said Municipal Electric
Lighting and Power Plant of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
and
from and after its passage,/approvalEi of the Mayor.
