AN ORDINANCE PROV®DING FOR=,CHANGING, THE NAME.OF A PORTION OF NORTHWEST
6th STREET and CHANGING THE IIAME OF CHARLES AVENEUE in THE MARCHARTON
ADDITION. BOTH IN THE-.C;[TY OF RICHMONDvWAYNE COUNTY, 4NDIANA AND,
PROVIDING FOR THE TAKING EFFECT THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
INDIANA that:
Sectionl. That�the name of the divided portions of Northwes't 6th
Street lying within the limits .of :ghat is known fita Sedgwick's Place
Addition to the City o- Richmond, Indiana, be and the same shall be

hereby changed to that of Sedwick Place; and the same shall be known
as such hereafter.
Section 2. That the name of Charles Avenue in the Marchartori.
Addition to the City of Richmond, Indiana, be and the same is hereby
changed to- North 30th Street, and the same shall be so known and.des
ignated: hereafter.
. Seet'ion, �. . The Clerk of the City of Richmond, Indiana, is hereby
ordered and directed, upon the passage of this ordinance, to file a
certified copy thereof with the County Recorder of Wayne.,"County, Indiana
to be recorded in the Miscellaneous Records of said County:
Section 4.- This ordnance shall be in full force and effect after
it's passgage and approval by the Mayor.
