ORDINANCE NO. L��._1943-
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND INDIANA TO THE PARK DEP_
ARTMENT PAYROLL ACCOUNT FOR THE PURPOSE OF INdREASING WAGES AND APPROP
RIATING THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL
FUND OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND'
SANITATION PAY ROLL ACCOUNT FOR THE PURPOSES OF INCREASING WAGES AND
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF
THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA TO THE SEWAGE DISPOSAL PLANT FUND PAYROLL
ACCOUNT FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCREASING WAGES AND PROVIDING FOR THE TAKING
EFFECT THEREOF AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY THEREFORE.
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana,, that there be and there hereby is
appropriated. from the General Fund of said City the sum of ,$750.00
and that the same be credited to the Park Department Payroll Fund
Account No. 145 to be used for the purpose of increasing wages of the
employees of said Park Department 5¢ per hour.

Section 2. Be it/ordained by the Common Council of said City of
Richmond that there be and there hereby is appropriated from the Gen—
eral Fund of said City the sum of-'$2700.00 and that the same be credited
to the Department of Health and Sanitation Pair Roll Account No. 173
to be used for the purpose of increasing wages of the employees of said
Department of Health and Sanitation 5� per hour.
Section 3. And be it further ordained by the Common Council of
sai.d.'C.ity of Richmond that there be and there hereby is appropriated
from the General Fund of said City the sum of $$100.00 and that the same
be credited to the Hewage Disposal Plant Payroll Account No. 90 to be
used for the purpose of increasing wages of the employees of`said
Sewage,Disposal Plant $10,00 per month.
Section 4. And be it further ordained by said Common Council of said'
City of Richmond that an extra -ordinary emergency for said appropriation
exists.
Section 5/ This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
it's passage by Common Council, proper signature of the President thereof,
approval of the Mayor, publication as by law required and approval of the
State Board of Tax Commissioners.
